Personally I'm excited about new games coming out. I think it will snatch away those spoiled rotten kids and the people who will stick it out with Dust will remain, creating a better atmosphere.

Don't talk about us unless you have been here longer than us..you wana stay go for it but how do you motivate a team? Not by saying your doing good its okay to go slow otherwise you will lose all the time..yes talk **** about us idc you scrubs are the new vets congrats

How do you motivate a team? First, you have to know the team's goals. What is the projected outcome? What is the goal we reaching for? Is it breaking new ground or is treading same territory with different take on it? That's a leader's perspective. You understand and acknowledge weak points. Seek areas for improvement. You don't build a football team over night. Sometimes it takes 2 or 3 seasons. All the weak points, you express those but constructively. When the good things roll, you acknowledge those. A human being hates to only here a person nag on them but never have any words for when they do good. Offer suggestions. Eliminate "threats". Hostility doesn't produce creativity. It stifles it. Encourage and support. I don't care about a Vet or Scrub title. Save your congratulations for some other member who gets off on that. This is a concerned fan of Dust that's speaking out about what he disapproves of with the young community who has and continues to affect the industry with their hostility.
